If the property you are moving in already has electric connection, you must sign a new Power Supply Contract so that the bills are issued in your company's name.
For signing a new Power Supply Contract with PPC, you will need the following documents: - Copy of a recent electric bill or the supply number of the property
- Your company's Tax Identification Number
- Your Identity Card, as well as a duly certified power of attorney, if the person to sign the contract is a company representative
- Sworn Statement of a licensed Electrical Installer, certifying the inspection of the building wiring, if so required, in compliance with the Regulation on Internal Electrical Installations.
Additional supporting documents you will need according to the company's form include: - In the case of an Unlimited Company
- The Articles of Association appointing the company's representative/s - In the case of a Limited Liability Company
- Copy of the Company's Articles of Association from the Greek Government Gazette - In the case of a Public Limited Liability Company
- Copy of the Company's Articles of Association from the Greek Government Gazette - Extract from the Minutes of the Last General Meeting for the election of the Management Board and - Extract from the Minutes of the Management Board meeting for the appointment of the company's representative/trustee.
When signing a new power supply contract, you will have to pay a certain amount of money against consumption. This amount is calculated on the basis of the total surface of the property (in square meters) and the type of the requested service.
For further information regarding whether you will have to submit a new Sworn Statement of an Electrical Installer, as well as with regard to the amount of money you will have to pay as down payment against consumption, please dial the number figuring on the back of your bill, in the section "Information". By giving the supply number of the property (see the back of your bill, section "Supply Number") you will get all relevant information.
