The supporting documents required for connecting new service to an industry/craft industry are the following:
1. Request for New Service
2. Copy of the Building Permit certified by the Town Planning Agency for permanent service. Nevertheless, a simple copy of the building permit is enough to initiate the procedure for the new service.
3. Sworn Statement of a licensed Electrical Installer certified, as the case may be, as follows: - For building permits issued before 31.12.94, the Sworn Statement of the Electrical Installer must be certified by the competent Tax Offices (of the owner and of the electrician)
- For building permits issued after 31.12.94, a certificate of the owner's Tax Office is necessary.
4. Certificate issued by the local Municipality or Community stating the total surface of the property (in square meters) for the purposes of calculating the Municipal Tax, the Municipal Fee and the Property Tax.
5. Operating Permit for the Production Units (Industry/Craft Industry Units, Professional Workshops and Warehouses etc.), issued by the competent Industries Service.
6. Certificate of commitment or exemption from the obligation to construct an indoor substation issued by the competent PPC Service for constructions greater than 2,500 m3 or Sworn Statement of a licensed Engineer for constructions smaller than 2,500 m3 , having used the maximum floor area ratio, where necessary. In cases where the installation of a indoor substation is compulsory, the concession contract (buy or lease contract) must be signed prior to service connection.
